Ivan and Samantha Kirton are owners of Ivan Kirton Parquetry and Floor Sanding, which received the St George Leader Services & Trade Business of the Year 2010 award. In August 2010, Ivan Kirton Parquetry and Floor Sanding were awarded Winner of the trade sectorfor the Australian Home-Based Business Awards.

In 2009, Ivan also won the prestigious nation-wide Australian Timber Flooring Associations’ (ATFA) Employee of the Year award for his work with Greaves Parquetry; where Ivan was trained by Chris and Terry Greaves, who themselves are recognised industry experts.

Top Dog Timber Floor Insulation was founded to compliment the work performed by Ivan and his team, who recognised the need for under floor insulation when working in so many cold homes in Sydney.
